Welcome to GroWild! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GroWild mobile application (“App”) and its services (“Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or Services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Use of the App
License
GroWild grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: - Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the App. - Use the App to transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. - Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. - Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group. - Post or transmit any content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
User Content
Ownership
You retain all rights to any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). However, by making any User Content available through the App, you grant GroWild a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of GroWild and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use of any material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GroWild. GroWild has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that GroWild shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Termination
GroWild reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GroWild, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not GroWild has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
